Trump Has Opened The Door- Will Our Legislature Follow Through?

Trump win has led to Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE)exposing how government bureaucracy was used for radical agendas, including Federal and State Departments of Education.
 
Biden’s Education Department handed out more than $1 billion in DEI grants since 2021, $489 million was spent on grants for race-based hiring, $343million general DEI programs and $169 million for DEI-based mental health training. Here's link to state funds for Colleges.
 
In one example listed in the report, almost $4 million was awarded to the School District of Philadelphia for a “restorative justice” program led by a former member of the Communist party. 
 
 We can see the results in our colleges who now have Snowflakes running around and have been indoctrinated almost like the people of Gaza.  The call of from the River to the Sea is being espoused by many of these so-called intelligent college students. See the millions given to our state universities on what to teach counselors.
 
We are in a State of War with those who want the minds of our children to change America. Books, resources and even technology devices have been filled with Social Emotional Learning to manipulate students to have sympathy for Leftist agendas like global warming, wokeism, open border, antisemitism etc. and become the Left’s army.
 
 
The Alabama legislature passed the Numeracy Act in 2019 to improve Math with help of Mental Health. It states use of Common Core in K-12 was terminated and prohibited.  But it's contrary because the math that they used is common core aligned.  Alabama GOP and Eagle Forum Math experts were ignored by our Department of Education.
 
Let us face the truth that our state has been led to the wrong path of how to teach.
 
 
Donald Trump's power of the presidency now tell the states that they  must clean up their act in education or lose federal funds. The poisoning of the minds of children must be stopped.
 
A mental health expert explained that like farmer who grow crops in a straight row—what we have done is zig-zagged the brain of a child.  No wonder they are showing signs of distress such as bullying, drug abuse and self-harm among others. 
 
Parents have been ignored and children have been harmed to the point there is a lot of mental health problems, and our schools are in disarray.
 
Note the woke associations that influence what is taught and even are now involved in our schools due to the Multi-Tiered System of Support (per Numeracy Act) that they help oversee.  It is time to disassociate with them.
 
Trump wants parents to have parental input.  Mental health should not be growing in our schools and parents should have choice on secular or faith-based counseling.

"In recent years, however, parents have witnessed schools indoctrinate their children in radical, anti-American ideologies while deliberately blocking parental oversight.  Such an environment operates as an echo chamber, in which students are forced to accept these ideologies without question or critical examination.  In many cases, innocent children are compelled to adopt identities as either victims or oppressors solely based on their skin color and other immutable characteristics.  In other instances, young men and women are made to question whether they were born in the wrong body and whether to view their parents and their reality as enemies to be blamed.  These practices not only erode critical thinking but also sow division, confusion, and distrust, which undermine the very foundations of personal identity and family unity.:"

Sec. 3.  Ending Indoctrination Strategy.  (a)  Within 90 days of the date of this order, to advise the President in formulating future policy, the Secretary of Education, the Secretary of Defense, and the Secretary of Health and Human Services, in consultation with the Attorney General, shall provide an Ending Indoctrination Strategy to the President, through the Assistant to the President for Domestic Policy, containing recommendations and a plan for:
(i)   eliminating Federal funding or support for illegal and discriminatory treatment and indoctrination in K-12 schools, including based on gender ideology and discriminatory equity ideology; and
(ii)  protecting parental rights, pursuant to FERPA, 20 U.S.C. 1232g, and the PPRA, 20 U.S.C. 1232h, with respect to any K-12 policies or conduct implicated by the purpose and policy of this order.
(b)  The Ending Indoctrination Strategy submitted under subsection (a) of this section shall contain a summary and analysis of the following:
(i)    All Federal funding sources and streams, including grants or contracts, that directly or indirectly support or subsidize the instruction, advancement, or promotion of gender ideology or discriminatory equity ideology:
(A)  in K-12 curriculum, instruction, programs, or activities; or 
(B)  in K-12 teacher education, certification, licensing, employment, or training; 
(ii)   Each agency’s process to prevent or rescind Federal funds, to the maximum extent consistent with applicable law, from being used by an ESA, SEA, LEA, elementary school, or secondary school to directly or indirectly support or subsidize the instruction, advancement, or promotion of gender ideology or discriminatory equity ideology in: 
(A)  K-12 curriculum, instruction, programs, or activities; or 
(B)  K-12 teacher certification, licensing, employment, or training; 
(iii)  Each agency’s process to prevent or rescind Federal funds, to the maximum
