Why did our two neighboring Governors DeSantis and Kemp run with "Removing Common Core" on their platform and win?  They have listened to Parents of all colors who said Common Core Standards Initiative (aka College and Career Readiness) MUST Go
Parents are kids #1 FANS and if they see the harm in Common Core--Better Listen
Here are a few facts after years of suffering with children at home through late nights, tummy aches, tears and other effects of the stress from the much touted Common Core which has led states to the bottom of rankings.

1.  Alabama's fourth-graders landed in 52nd place in 2015. All fifty states, the Department of Defense (DoD) schools and the District of Columbia are included, making that dead-last ranking possible.

The suicide rate among 10- to 14-year-olds doubled between 2007 and 2014 – the same period in which states have increasingly adopted Common Core standards and new, more rigorous high stakes tests. To be fair, researchers, educators and psychologists say several factors are responsible for the spike; however, pressure from standardized testing is high on the list. -Huffington Post.
