We have seen major problems on Twitter, Google and now Fb and as hard as we wish it were not true, we saw even the President's freedom on Twitter was attacked.  In essence, he was told the platforms are free to attack his rights.  Have a feeling though that the enemy has bitten more than he can chew.  It might actually turn things around for our good.

But in the meantime, we ask that you save this website, if you can add yourself to our contact list and we will work on getting Newsletter emailed to you.  It takes a lot of work to keep up with what is happening.
Here is one news we all need to get--Social Media is powerful--it can be used for good or evil.  Here's one decision by fb that was used to advance evil in an election:

This week with the latest on Bill and Hillary Clinton's friend, Jeffrey Epstein, we are seeing Google in action.  They have gotten so good at containing what people see and do not see and unfortunately they are very biased and very anti-Trump.  They remind us of Fake News and have made a Fake Internet where they can adjust what they think should matter to the readers.  Just as Rapinoe was quoted on Laura Ingraham news as saying "to be able to leverage and talk and celebrate with leader of our country... yes to anyone else who wants to invite us and have a real substantive conversation and that believe in the same things we believe in", that is the mentality of some of these Social Media Giants.  If we believe in the same things we believe in --then we get a green light---otherwise no.

Then we wonder why Starbucks have no respect for police officers and boots them out of their store.  And we wonder why young people have no respect either for authority or the laws (but we really shouldn't as they have lots of teachers unfortunately who are brainwashed in supporting Planned Parenthood's ally the NEA).

Many of us do not think like them and it used to be that we are free to share information and use our own minds to figure what is right or wrong for our families.   The fight for children's education have taught us there are many evil people that want to change America using education and diminish parental rights.  So the sharing of information is key.  We learn from parents in California suffering from the Sex Ed mandates and now from New York on the vaccine mandates-watch this (even Alabama has one coming HB592).  We are the land of the free and we have the freedom to choose and our freedom to get information must not be taken away.  Please save this website as we will try to give you updates on what is going on specially on education and about the children.  We need your help to share so that many parents can fight for their children too.  Here is a link to help you understand the importance of the freedom to debate--that is what these tech giants want--only their side will be prominent if they can have their way.

Many Liberals have forgotten, they do not live in an island. Of course, their call for Open Borders will just open us up to more problems ,but war is coming anyway but maybe sooner not later The kind of country they promote will not be good for any of them either.  They have missed out on the basic of why this nation was formed on the Word of God.  There was no better Way.  Please join us in helping to shine the light of truth.  See the app on our home page and use information sources with groups.  God bless and get ready but remember the Word of God is powerful and as the Founders found--God is our help!

BTW just for spiritual news look up in the heavens for the blood moon on July 15th--it is also the day when the plan for Jerusalem by the Trump Admin will be laid out.

25 “There will be signs in the sun, moon and stars. On the earth, nations will be in anguish and perplexity at the roaring and tossing of the sea. 26 People will faint from terror, apprehensive of what is coming on the world, for the heavenly bodies will be shaken. 27 At that time they will see the Son of Man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. 28 When these things begin to take place, stand up and lift up your heads, because your redemption is drawing near.”  Luke

THE DANGER OF APPOINTED ED BOARDS

6/17/2019

Elites in Alabama are afraid that parents are now very informed about Common Core and its damages.  And that they will vote out state board members who support common core.  For that reason, they want to change the rules in the middle of the game and make state board an un-elected body!"

---Ok parents will you let them?  Hope you will give them a resounding NO on March 2020 and Vote NO on the Amendment to make State Board of Ed Appointed.
  •  Facts Are Out-- Appointed Board Over Education is a Failure-Just as Common Core is a Failure!
1.  Hechinger Report verifies the entire country has spiraled downward in education---Most of the states have an Appointed Board--easier to walk in lockstep along with Common Core State Standards Initiative (ya think?)
2.  Why would an Alabama Legislature play a Bait and Switch on Alabama Parents from a Clear Repeal Common Core Bill to a Vague One where they want to change Ed Board to Elected vs Appointed?
3.  Learn of the failure of an Alabama "Appointed" Charter Board to keep out an unwanted Harmony Charter School (Elected Tx Ed Board did their homework and rejected Harmony charter school bid-more here).  Would Alabamians be convinced by the same promoters of Charter schools Appointed Board to now also vote for an amendment for Appointed State Board of Education?  Hogwash Alert!!
4.  Time for Alabamians to confront the problem head-on with truths that the problems are not just the Brainwashed State Board of Ed members that are there now (which we must keep the power to un-elect.)  But also the Legislators and Governor who are on a high, thinking parents aren't doing their homework and can force us to believe giving up our right to vote is the best fix.
5.  Legislature thinks parents are too stupid to realize that they have been a part of the problem and we will try to un-elect them too.
6.  Out of Bill Poole's own mouth see below verifies this is a ruse to get rid of elected state board and the bait was Common Core which can stay depending on the appointed board.  Parents are your heads spinning yet?  Hopefully steam is building to make sure the planned fiasco doesn't happen.
7.  Lots of prayers and sharing of truths must happen starting now.  Listen to this when you feel like giving up as kids can't fight this on their own.

Have We Now Forgotten Our Powerful Friend? Ben Franklin Saw Need For Prayers--Shouldn't We?

Can we learn from the wisdom of those who founded this nation?  Here are some words from Ben Franklin:

"In this situation of this Assembly groping as it were in the dark to find political truth, and scarce able to distinguish it when presented to us, how has it happened, Sir, that we have not hitherto once thought of humbly applying to the Father of lights to illuminate our understandings? In the beginning of the contest with G. Britain, when we were sensible of danger we had daily prayer in this room for the Divine Protection. -- Our prayers, Sir, were heard, and they were graciously answered. All of us who were engaged in the struggle must have observed frequent instances of a Superintending providence in our favor. To that kind providence we owe this happy opportunity of consulting in peace on the means of establishing our future national felicity. And have we now forgotten that powerful friend? Or do we imagine that we no longer need His assistance..."

Are we not sensible of the dangers before our families, our nation?

Psalm 46: God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear…

Here's some of the latest in the news:

Isis still plotting to use our border problems
Trump defending our borders

Dangers of Promoting Socialist and The Reality of Socialism
Guess Who Likes It

Meanwhile Facts on Failure Stares Common Core Supporters
But Many Superintendents Are The Bulwark of Its Support

And they were oblivious, until the flood came and swept them all away. So will it be at the coming of the Son of Man. Two men will be in the field: one will be taken and the other left. Two women will be grinding at the mill: one will be taken and the other left.… "  Matthew 24:39-41
Just as in the beginning of this nation--what to do politically, was a problem.  But, we can learn from the wise words of Ben Franklin that prayer needs to play a very important part.

As you click on the topics on the latest news, you will open the article links and hopefully see the severity of the situation for your family.  There are many deceivers and they hope you will not have the knowledge to fight for your family.  The simple truth is the key is right there with you.  Just as  why the Founders realized after the hell they came through in Europe, they needed a nation that had a different foundation.

Hope you too will realize the wisdom of what they wanted for their posterity.  They  knew the power in the ability to give everything to an Awesome, Almighty and Loving God.  Unfortunately we have become so successful in this nation, that we have become easily misled by many of where success and help come from.

Even Alabama in the Bible Belt is full of deceivers.  This last legislative session shows there are many who pretend to help that had earned the trust of voters, but have laid out a plan to again use the greatest tool of the enemy--lies.

Del Marsh who sponsored and pushed the passage in the Senate of the first Repeal Common Core Bill (SB119) was convinced by Terri Collins (head of House Ed Committee) to push a new bill  (SB397) to supposedly repeal common core but would give us an Appointed Board.  Of course, an appointed board would give them total control as they had also pushed for a bill so that all County Superintendents to be appointed (but thank God that bill was defeated).  In nine years of asking the Legislature and State Board of Ed, they both had worked together to ignore and thwart parents who knew something was very wrong with the Common Core Initiative.  But this year the Legislature pretended to help repeal Common Core by also getting rid of school board.

We prayed and God heard so Alabamians have an opportunity to enlighten the whole state and kill the bad bill in March 2020 election...see quote below and article link that very clearly shows the truth.  We are awake and we are praying.

The legislation also includes a directive for the new commission to set new study standards "in lieu of Common Core" curriculum standards.
Poole said it will be the commission's decision to determine those. He said they could choose to keep the state's current standards, which are derived from Common Core.

All the States are Under Siege-here's a few examples:

This will be voted on this week in Ohio:
Schools are being used to affect our future's attitudes, values and beliefs

Here's the California fight-What Used To Be Seen As Abuse of Child is Now Being Pushed in Schools (Disguised as Sex Ed)

Texas Now to Start Mental Health Screenings:
"Even the most well-intentioned government law or program can be—and has been—perverted, corrupted and used to advance illegitimate purposes once profit and power are added to the equation, which is the concern with these school safety laws,” said constitutional attorney John W. Whitehead, president of The Rutherford Institute and author of Battlefield America: The War on the American People. “This program is part of a nationwide push to empower non-medically trained individuals to ‘identify,’ label and refer students for treatment who they believe may exhibit suicidal or mentally ill behavior. Worse, these threat assessments—no matter how inaccurate or subjective—could stigmatize a child for the rest of his or her life.”

Please go research for yourself if in doubt but above all-pray to God for wisdom and help for the children you love...

Thank God for those like Dr. Karen Effrem of Florida who along with Gov Ron DeSantis, as the truth is out on how to help our children through the confusion brought by evil Common Core State Standards Initiative aka College and Career Readiness.

There is a judge for the one who rejects Me and does not receive My words: The word that I have spoken will judge him on the last day.
                                                                                                                                                                       John 12:48
God wants us to Remember our past because if we don't know where we've been, we won't know where to go. Simple but true and this land is full of things worthy of remembering. Here are some in memory of today:

Here's some words fro Lou Campomenosi of Common Sense Campaign:

Abraham Lincoln: "Philosophy Of Classroom In One Generation Will Be Philosophy Of Government In The Next"

This nation's Constitution is founded on the Word of God because the founders saw what the world had to offer and it was evil.  Like a child learning to grow, there were many struggles to do good vs to do evil.  Thank God for the guide called the Holy Scriptures as it has helped generations of Americans of all color to come equally to where true wisdom lies.  It certainly isn't in the words of men but in The Word of God.  There is where true equality comes from and true judgment comes from.  People have liked the saying you should not judge but to the contrary we have to judge everyday, almost every moment.  From the simple things such as are we too cold, are we driving too fast, to something as complicated as -- is my leader who I voted for lying to me or not?

Ironically today as we remember D-Day we also see the invasion going on and sadly in our own country.  WE have leaders who have practically promoted it and when confronted fails to do anything and tells us this is good and we are evil like our Pres for trying to stem the flow.
140,000 (the monthly rate we are seeing now!)  multiplied in 3 months will equal the number of illegals that
was apprehended  2018
.
Pray we have wisdom to judge our leaders:
Let's just pause and think and judge our leaders:

1.  140,000 (the monthly rate we are seeing now!)  multiplied in 3 months will equal the number of illegals that
was apprehended last year and which means a million in 7 months.  This is an outright invasion.  Would you let that many people in your house?  Would you run out of money?  BTW this is pushing human trafficking of children as kids and babies for rent as they are the new free pass.  We are enabling these evil people.
2.  We don't need to put tariffs on Mexico because it hurts our jobs and shopping.  So we keep letting it go on?  Social Security is in trouble by 2034.  Can you imagine how much sooner your Social Security will be gone?  Hard working middle class Americans, poor Americans, widows etc. depend on Social Security being there but if the sucking sound of American Dollars is allowed to continue for food, diapers, video games for the illegals coming in..the inconvenience will turn into a Revolution.  Maybe that's what the Dems want...Bill Ayers certainly does.

We have Dem leaders who also have allowed for an invasion of the minds of America's children to the point they are so confused they no longer can tell if they are simply a boy or a girl and if their country is to be loved or hated.  And parents across the country are seeing an unprecedented attack on their rights to parent their children and their pleas are being ignored.
Here's how you can understand the attacks on the minds of children:
  1.  The Terrorist Within
  2. How To Turn A Nation To Hate Itself--Race to The Top--Bait and Switch
  3. Perfecting the Movement

Can we say we have had enough?

Today the greatness of America is in the simple men who with grateful hearts fought for US and we must remember the words of one Martin Treptow:
In 1917, a barber named Martin Treptow from small Cherokee, Iowa enlisted in the army.  By December 1917, his regiment was sent to France to fight in the trenches of the western front.  As a New Year’s resolution, Treptow wrote the following in his diary under the title

“My Pledge.”
“America must win this war.  Therefore I will work, I will save, I will sacrifice, I will endure, I will fight cheerfully and do my utmost, as if the issue of the whole struggle depended on me alone.”

In July of 1918, a message needed to be delivered during an intense battle against the Germans. Treptow took the message and delivered it to his platoon leader. Exposing himself to enemy fire, he was killed by a German machine gun.  His diary was discovered with his personal belongings.

D-Day victory came about because of men who gave of themselves because of love for their nation and its people and the freedom they knew was worth fighting for.  May we remember and cherish and do our part to defend so that we can pay it forward.  May we set aside the divisions and let the common things that bind us --our love for God and our families be remembered and may the Spirit of America free us to fight for truth, justice and keep us the Land of the Free and Home of the Brave.

Time to judge what is going on in our borders as evil and call those who are allowing it to continue for who they truly are--traitors.  Let's end it by doing something simple as calling Congress 202 224-3121 and tell them we will sacrifice--use the tariffs to move the evil illegal immigration.  The Legacy of those who died is so that we can fight well and fight alive for our families with the rights they fought for --to reason with Truth that sets men free.

Here's warnings that were left to us by Phyllis Schlafly about someone we have allowed to have free reign in education today.  It is being said the teacher's unions are part of the problem..well Bill Ayers is their beloved speaker.

Wise Words from one of our nation's best ed experts:

I do not believe that testing is the major reason for the rising rates of depression, suicide, and risky behaviors among students.  It is the curriculum standards that need to be fixed. They must be returned to Type #1 which in turn would force the day-to-day curriculum content and tests to be returned to Type #1. The curriculum standards should govern what is taught and tested.

11.4.13 -- Type #1 vs. Type #2 Chart -- http://www.educationviews.org/comparison-types-education-type-1-traditional-vs-type-2-cscope-common-core/

By moving the curriculum standards and tests back to Type #1 (fact-based, academic, traditional content, increasing in depth and complexity from grade level to grade level, largely tested by right-or-wrong answers), it would get rid of the Common Core/Type #2 curriculum/tests based upon emotions/feelings/opinions/ subjectivity that are driving the social justice agenda.

The social justice agenda in turn drives the LGBTQ, multicultural, politically correct “junk” that depresses students, makes them feel as if they are all “victims,” creates disunity/bitterness/hatred among students, rewrites history, makes Whites feel powerless and guilty, builds disrespect for authority, and creates havoc in the schools and in society.

Students should be taught to interpret historical and literary pieces by examining the full text (not just a snippet) based upon the customs, values, and definitions of terms that were understood at the time the piece was written – not based upon applying meanings (e.g., biases, prejudices) that developed later on in time.

The sexualized literature and the hate-America history that students are reading leads them right into depression and a demoralized attitude.  Nearly every Type #2 teaching unit ignores the great classics of literature and history (the traditional heroes and heroines) and instead introduces only snippets of text (without being taught the context surrounding them). This ends up indoctrinating students into elevating their feelings/beliefs/emotions above all else and makes them believe that they have the responsibility to act upon them. They “practice” community organizing seven hours a day!  Instead of receiving a well-rounded education, they are indoctrinated into the social justice/community organizing mantra. When young students are forced to dwell upon issues that grown adults have problems handling, this makes students feel overpowered and depressed. It also makes them feel as if they have the right to be “little gods” who have the power over life and death for other people. The constant use of filthy, sexualized language in many of the texts students read at school makes them feel empowered to act out in the same ways.

In today’s classrooms, the students are “in charge of the asylum.”  The authority figure (teacher) has been reduced to becoming the facilitator. The dividing line between teachers and students has been erased; project-based learning places students and teachers in very close quarters. I believe this and the lack of respect for students toward their teachers is responsible for the growing numbers of inappropriate relationships between teachers and their students.

The digitized/inanimate technology with Type #2 content drives the classroom instead of the teacher.  This gives students a sense of insecurity and takes away the importance of individual responsibility. Group-think reigns; bullying increases; everyone thinks everyone else is unfair; and students walk in total fear of being targeted by the “group.”  Conservative students feel completely ostracized, and shy/insecure students live in fear of being noticed and targeted by the group.

Any good psychologist will say that students feel secure when the parameters are well defined and the natural consequences consistently applied fairly. Without those in place, students (particularly those from single-parent families) feel abandoned, fearful, and stressed out. Who wouldn’t? If we adults lived in such a fearful situation, we might want “to end it” also!  My heart goes out to today’s students, parents, and teachers.

The Charge Against Those Keeping Common Core (aka College and Career Readiness) State Standards Initiative--George Hall Elementary, Mobile Example.  Let the Children Go.

3/10/2019

Is there not a cause?  Yes, there is and George Hall Elementary is a perfect example of how the Black Community was used as a pawn by the powers that be to usher in Race To The Top and Common Core State Standards Initiative (CCSSI).

If Martin Luther King Jr. was here he would be saying "Let my children go!" And he would be followed by parents of all color as the harm being done is being applied equally across all states and as the picture of the Alabama model shows--it crosses lines that now affect attitudes, values and beliefs.

It is time for the American people to look at themselves and their legislators and their churches and understand the way things are headed where children are manipulated will not end with a free nation.  As a mental health counselor has said this will lead to generation that is easily manipulated, easily led.  We are a nation of free-thinkers and the Common Core State Standards Initiative is not the way to do it.  This person has been proven right with the rise of Antifa and Snowflakes.

If you want to know how this happened...you need to read Arne Duncan's speech and realize parents desire for better education was used to promote an agenda to transform this nation and they had the audacity to use a little school name George Hall Elementary as a role model and have utterly destroyed it.  But then that's what evil does.  Take a good look and then say no more. Time to let the children go.

Here are some words from the Sec of Education, Arne Duncan that put in the new transformation of education:
Secretary Arne Duncan's Remarks at the National Urban League Centennial Conference
July 27, 2010

Good afternoon.
As you know, the President is going to be here tomorrow to talk about education, so I just want to take this opportunity to set the table.
I want to talk openly and honestly about how our reform agenda will close the achievement gap and serve students of color and those growing up in poverty.
And I want to directly address some of the concerns raised in the framework issued by the civil rights community this week.
We're moving a very aggressive agenda and we need to incorporate everyone's voice, so I thank you for your feedback. Your thoughts and ideas will continue to shape our collective agenda.
...
Our children are at risk. Their future—and ours—is at risk.
We must prepare them to compete in a global economy
, and that requires all of us to move outside of our comfort zones.

At George Hall Elementary School in Mobile, Alabama and at Roxbury Prep in Boston, thoughtful and committed educators are helping students succeed at the highest levels."   So the question is why is George Hall Elementary at the bottom today?  Sadly this great school was used and when they were done, the school and children were no longer of importance.  Time their story was heard!

In recent months, our administration has been deeply engaged with the civil rights community.
We have met in my office, at the White House and in conferences across the country.
I can't tell you how much I appreciate the ongoing dialogue—it is making us smarter.
For example, at the NAACP convention in Kansas City two weeks ago, I announced that we will work with Congress to mandate community and family engagement before schools can be turned around...Our Office for Civil Rights has itself undergone a transformation. We have renewed its focus on enforcing civil rights laws and advancing equity under the powerful leadership of Assistant Secretary Russlynn Ali.

Last March, on the anniversary of Bloody Sunday, Russlynn and I stood together with 300 students on the Edmund Pettus Bridge in Selma Alabama and talked about our plan to revitalize the Office for Civil Rights.
We talked about how the story of the civil rights movement was written in the classroom and how educational equity is the civil rights issue of our generation.
We talked about what we would do as a Department of Education to challenge inequity and neglect wherever it exists"

In just four months, Russlynn's office has launched dozens of compliance reviews and investigations around the country to expose inequities.
Why are African American boys disciplined significantly more than whites?
Why don't schools that serve students of color offer the same rigorous curriculum and access to the kinds of courses that students need in today's global marketplace?
Why do some schools continue to track young African-Americans away from college and high-wage professions?
The Office for Civil Rights will also investigate issues like safety and sexual violence, equal opportunity for English learners, and subtle forms of re-segregation that deny minority children better opportunities.
It will ensure that all schools—public and charter—serve the kids most in need. That is also something you told us was important. We heard you loud and clear, we are responding and these schools will be held accountable.
Russlynn's office will also work to ensure that schools, districts and states distribute resources, including effective teachers, more equitably.
Through vigorous enforcement of civil rights laws, we will make sure our reforms are implemented in a fundamentally fair manner.
And we will work hard to eradicate the vestiges of segregation that still harm African-American students.
In so many ways, our reform agenda is all about equity, from increasing access to high-quality early learning programs, to boosting college access and completion. And yet, if you have been following the news lately, you know that some voices from the civil rights community have suggested otherwise.
As always, we listen carefully and we are always open to change.
As we speak, our Administration is working with Congress to rewrite the federal education law that is currently known as No Child Left Behind.
In the coming months we will continue to work closely with you and your colleagues in the civil rights community to strengthen the focus on equity in our blueprint for reauthorizing the Elementary and Secondary Education Act.
...
But the fact is Race to the Top has done so much to dismantle the barriers to education reform with less than 1% of what we spend on K-12 education.
For example, 13 states changed laws to allow more people like Geoffrey Canada of the Harlem Children's Zone, Tim King of Urban Prep in Chicago and the people at the KIPP charter network to create great schools that are serving low-income, minority children. The Urban League has partnered with this work around the country. Are charter schools the magic answer? NO! Are they all good? NO! It's the same for traditional public schools.
But should we stifle the growth of high-quality public charter schools like Geoffrey Canada's? Absolutely not!
Tens of thousands of minority parents are on waiting lists for these schools. They have to run lotteries because there is so much demand.
Of course, we should set a very high bar for charters to open their doors—we should set high expectations—and if they don't meet those expectations we should close them down.
But to suggest that somehow charters are bad for low-income and minority students is absolutely wrong.
Let's strengthen traditional public schools, which the vast majority of our children will always attend, and let's support good charters. These ideas are not in conflict—they reinforce each other.
Since Race to the Top, 17 states have also changed their laws around teacher evaluation to include student achievement.
Believe it or not, some states had laws prohibiting the use of student achievement in teacher evaluation.
Thanks to Race to the Top, those laws are all gone.
Now—should a teacher evaluation be based on a single test? NO! Should their salary be linked to a single test? NO!
But can you really evaluate teachers without factoring in student achievement at all? Of course not!
It should be one of multiple measures. That's just common sense—and many forward-thinking union leaders such as Randi Weingarten of the AFT agree with us...

Finally, I just want to talk about why we need high standards.
Today, states have dummied down standards in part because No Child Left Behind punishes them when they fall short. We're going to change that for several reasons.
First of all, low standards mean that we are lying to children and parents—telling them they are ready for college when in fact they are not.
That's why so many of them drop out after a year. That's why so many need remedial education.
America needs a high-bar college and career-ready standards for everyone so that we're all on a level playing field.
In basketball a three-pointer is always worth three points. In football a touchdown is always worth six points.
Only in education does the real value of a high school degree vary by state or zip code. Why have we allowed these gross inequities in expectations to exist, unchallenged for decades?
The brutal fact is, low income students are always hurt the most by low standards. Far too many leave high school woefully unprepared to succeed in college or the workforce.
Well, thanks in part to Race to the Top, 48 states are working together on high standards, and 30 states have already adopted them. This is courage in action at the local level—the days of dummying things down and lying to children is finally coming to an end.
One of the things that No Child Left Behind really got right was transparency.
It requires every district and state to show the test scores of all subgroups so we can see the insidious achievement gaps of poor, minority and special education students.
But because states can't hide those gaps any longer, many states lowered standards so poor children looked like they were doing better.
That was an absolute tragedy for American education.
This President and this administration will never acquiesce in a lie. Our first job is to tell parents and students the truth...
And we must keep this issue, and this debate, at the forefront of our collective agenda—nothing is more important than improving our nation's schools.
So I stand here today—deeply appreciative of all of you and your leadership and your remarkable organization.
You are partners and allies in the cause of public education. This is a movement—a movement for social justice. This is the civil rights issue of our time.
This is the only way to end poverty and the ignorance that perpetuates discrimination.
This is the only way to achieve the dream Dr. King so vividly described on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial.
I came to Washington for two reasons: to change our children's destiny through education, and, to put an end to the indefensible inequities in education that left far too many of my friends on the South Side of Chicago without freedom, opportunity or hope.  Entire speech here

Will The Parent's Role Be Taken By Legislators?  See What's Happening In Colorado's HB1032 and Texas SB10.

Is There Not A Cause?

There is a David and Goliath fight for children.  There are those in Colorado who don't believe God exists and they have rights over parent's children to mold them according to their will.  Wow, if that isn't going to make parents mad...what will?

Here's great information from Family Policy Alliance for Colorado.

Then there are those legislators in Texas who thinks they have the mandate to protect kids and therefore they will institute whatever it takes (more Mental Health Programs anybody?)even blindly to be able to say they have done their job..
But the premise that mental illness causes gun violence has been debunked by a study but will it matter when the promise of $$$ looms ahead.  Texans please watch above video and
Call! See phone # link https://capitol.texas.gov/ and tell them to vote NO on SB10

It is going to take a lot of parents and churches getting involved to sort things out.

Just when we thought we saw the worst of leadership with Gov Northam on his logic of killing a baby after birth..leaders in various states are also being forced to see (their version of)  logic in what is being passed as to help the child:

In Colorado-A Sex Ed Bill Advances that is clearly about indoctrinating children and not giving parents ability to opt out.
"The Denver Post reports that the bill, backed by Planned Parenthood and The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), characterizes abstinence-only sex ed as "not comprehensive and inconsistent with the requirements" of the curriculum. The legislation also mandates that sex-ed classes include "medically accurate information about all preventive methods to avoid unintended pregnancy and sexually transmitted infections, including HIV/AIDS"  and allow students to "to decide for themselves which preventative methods are best suited for their individual needs, beliefs and values."

Teachers would be required to include "the relational or sexual experiences of lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender individuals" in their lessons, without using "shame-based or stigmatizing language or instructional tools."
Jennifer Kraska, the executive director of the Colorado Catholic Conference, told the Catholic News Agency last week that the proposed legislation implies that "people or families with certain beliefs and teachings about sex, relationships and gender (like those of the Catholic Church) are basically wrong in their beliefs and teachings."
Here's an excerpt of an article from a Colorado legislator who is speaking out on the issue:"The bill categorizes human sexuality into four topics, then says that human sexuality instruction occurs when two or more of the topics are presented. As a result, when a teacher is presenting only the second topic, consisting of “sexual orientation, sexuality, or sexual activity”, the teacher is not — under the terms of the bill — providing “human sexuality instruction.”

This is not only bizarre, it’s also deeply misleading. Moreover, the bill asserts that parents need not be notified about any “programming” dealing with “gender, gender expression, sexual orientation or healthy relationships” when it occurs “outside the context of human sexuality instruction.” How can these topics be taught at school, yet occur outside the context of human sexuality instruction?” Any parent would feel hoodwinked by these linguistic gymnastics, and the sponsors should feel ashamed to have included them. Don’t be fooled by those who say that parents can simply opt out."

On to Texas...

Matthew 18:5-6 “And anyone who welcomes a little child like this on my behalf is welcoming me. But if you cause one of these little ones who trusts in me to fall into sin, it would be better for you to have a large millstone tied around your neck and be drowned in the depths of the sea.”

Can you guess if Planned Parenthood likes Telemedicine for Texas Mental Health?

In Texas: New Bill SB10 to furnish Mental Health Help in Education..but these words below are troubling because  parents seem to be out of the loop.

(2) enhance the state's ability to address mental health care needs through stronger collaboration and institutional alignment of the health-related institutions of higher education listed in Section 113.0052; (3) improve the effectiveness and efficiency of mental health care services delivered in this state; (4) facilitate access to mental health care services through telemedicine and other cost-effective, evidence-based programs; (5) improve mental health and substance use disorder research efforts conducted by institutions of higher education; and (6) improve and expand the behavioral health workforce through training and development opportunities between the health-related institutions of higher education listed in Section 113.0052 and community mental health providers (see link to complete bill here)

In 2014, Alabama also was being forced to accept a Comprehensive Mental Health Program....here were the concerns by Linda Murphy on Tommy Bice's Unified And Comprehensive Learning Supports.

According to Linda Murphy, a nationally renowned Educator/Activist, who has studied Dr. Bice's Comprehensive Counseling Guidance Proposal (as this is part of the Unified Supports)-- "This is a dangerous expansion of the authority of public schools into the private lives of students, which has never been allowed in American schools. This plan sets goals for changes in students’ emotions, feelings, attitudes, values and beliefs. The area educators call the "affective domain" (from Blooms Taxonomy)."

This week the State of Texas bill SB10 is being railroaded right under parents noses fast tracked unless parents wake up. The school shootings fix they hope can happen with SB10 may unwittingly do more harm to more students than fix the problem as they are dealing with attitudes, values and beliefs and where parents are not a part of the equation and the fix most likely is telemedicine!
(6) improve and expand the behavioral health workforce through training and development opportunities between the health-related institutions of higher education listed in Section 113.0052 and community mental health providers

Raise Your Voice For Border Wall + Data Privacy Wall -- Parents Take Action Also For Your Children!

There's An Assault in Our Nation's Border Wall Plus Our Data Privacy
Walls--At The Same Time.

Please take action on these two issues that are hitting us at the same time.  Enemies are everywhere and unfortunately as we see the physical attack on our borders, most are unaware of the attack on our data privacy.  There is so much being thrown at our President to defend us and the gutting of our data privacy through passage of HR4174 in the lame duck is something we have to spread the word on twitter and fb and pray that our President will stop it and veto the bill.

According to this article from Townhall by Dr. Karen Effrem:
"Lame-duck congressional sessions almost always endanger freedom, and sadly, this one was no exception. In a “lamer” than usual lame-duck move at the end of last week, the Senate passed H.R. 4174, the Foundations for Evidence-based Policymaking Act (FEPA). This move came without a hearing and with only a voice vote after no debate. Although the bill is defended as a way to use data to evaluate the effectiveness of government programs, it will result in an unprecedented assault on the privacy of American citizens."

More on the issue from Christel Swasey:HR 4174 doesn’t promote informed consent by individuals for agencies taking personally identifiable information for “sharing.” It promotes data sharing across federal agencies and between state and federal entities. HR 4174 will not make America great again! It will make America more like communist China, less like the America of liberty and justice for all, because its whole point is to collect EVIDENCE on you and me, and to create evidence-based policies, based on one-size-fits-all, federal moral values.
Do you want to give your own and your child’s and your neighbor’s privacy away —to public-private research partnerships, whom you never elected and cannot fire?  Do you want all agencies to alter their databases to make them all interoperable and therefore much more in danger of huge scale hacking?!
This bill comes from the CEP (Commission for Evidence Based Policy) which formed thanks to Patty Murray, Paul Ryan and Obama a few years ago with a mission to consolidate ALL data of ALL Americans from ALL sources into one “central clearinghouse”.
Now, the fact sheet on the bill denies that it’s creating a new, central, federal data repository.  This is on the surface of the words, true.  But linking thousands of federal and state agencies’ data interoperably IS creating a new system that actually operates as a new federal repository— of data not given by individual informed consent. That’s flat out theft— especially in the context of the CEP’s history and stated goals (such as getting rid of protective student unit record bans).
The title of the commission, and of this bill, sounds innocuous. Evidence based policy making.  But even back when the CEP was first organized, even though it came in part from Republican Paul Ryan, I was in full panic mode, and wrote about CEP’s goals and meetings, a lot. Search this blog.
Now the CEP’s privacy dismissing plot is to become US law (unless we see a veto from President Trump).
People won’t be able to ignore its effects.
When ALL data from ALL sources gets combined (for research purposes only, they promise us) into the de facto central clearinghouse, freedom can quickly go away.
The CEP wants access for officials and researchers to ALL DATA.  This is not anonymous data, but Pii (Personally Identifiable Information) on children and adults from everywhere—every US school, every test and tech based report or assignment, data from every document held by public private partnerships including preschools, hospitals, foster families, the social security department, criminal justice departments, both state and federal; the IRS, the CIA, the FBI, the EPA, the TSA, student loans, colleges, universities, including private corporations in public private partnerships, and much much more. When personal data is accessible to a “researcher” or bureaucrat, whether a legitimate policy maker or a nefarious hack, without YOUR informed consent, that’s very, very, exceptionally bad news.
Without revisiting too many historical CEP conference details —you can read those by searching CEP on this blog— just let me share one telling fact that has always stuck out in my mind…
(And yes, this is an appropriate time to be freaking out and taking action)--
This I can not forget:
One of the top dogs at the CEP said— during one of the endless, hours-long conferences that CEP held— that the CEP mustn’t  act too FAST in its research-based enthusiasm to take over Americans’ data. That, he said, would be “RIPPING OFF the band-aid” (of privacy)  from the American people. (Too obvious! Someone might notice.)

Well, some of us do notice.  President Trump, please notice!
Veto. Veto. Veto.

In the foreword, they thank Australian Anthony MacKay who is Marc Tucker’s replacement at the NCEE. So, MacKay is helping UNESCO use interoperable data to control curriculum.
Anthony MacKay and Linda Darling-Hammond will be keynote speakers at a personalized learning summit in Portland in April. The conference is sponsored by UNESCO’s 2030 partner the Collaborative for School Networking (CoSN). CoSN is controlling everything the State Education Technology Directors Association (SETDA) does for data interoperability:

  1. A “Fact Sheet” on HR 4174 states some key misleading “facts”: (I’m spitting mad as I paste this):
“Does the bill create a central tracking system for the American public?
No, the legislation does not establish a new database nor does the legislation authorize any new data collection. CEP specifically recommended against the establishment of a data warehouse or clearinghouse in its final recommendations and the Ryan-Murray legislation would not create such a clearinghouse.”
(Giant omission alert. While the bill doesn’t create a NEW federal database, it does LINK all the existing ones, and makes sure everything is interoperable nationally. De Facto, that’s NEW as a system, and yes, it’s national. Just like China. Control-freak Communist China.)
    The fact sheet goes on:
“How does the legislation address existing bans on data collection and use?
The bill does not modify existing bans on data collection or use. CEP specifically identified the “student unit record” ban in its final report as one potential ban that Congress may want to revisit.”
(Oh, really!? Lifting the student unit record ban means deleting the last vestiges of personal privacy. The fact that CEP recommends that is all you need to know! The fact that Obama appointed the chair of the CEP to be the chair of the CEP is also all you need to know.)

Here's a letter from Alice Linahan- a mom who is an activist:
Open Letter to President Trump: #VetoHR4174 #VetoFEPAShare with friends; they need to know...Alice Linahan

Donald J. Trump
President of the United States
The White House
1600 Pennsylvania Ave.
Washington, DC 20500

Dear Mr. President
As a Texas mother of 3 and as one of your strong supporters, I urge you to join my U.S. Congressman Rep. Michael Burgess along with Rep. Louie Gohmert in opposition of H.R. 4174. Please Veto H.R. 4174 that on Dec. 21, 2018 the U.S. Senate passed.  H.R. 4174, known as the Foundations for Evidence-based Policymaking Act (FEPA), is a very dangerous bill that is a complete invasion of privacy for all students from Pre-School through the Workforce (P-20W), in classrooms across America.
During the Presidential Campaign, you were very clear that you were against Common Core; thank you!!
Additionally, at a town hall meeting in New Hampshire, seen here, Ann Marie Banfield did a great job of explaining that “Common Core is more than just a set of standards, it is the data mining of personal data of students within this total redesign of public education under Obama. He gutted the FERPA law, so now parents do not know when student’s information is leaving the school, and they no longer have consent.” To which you said... “isn’t it ridiculous, you could have local education, with local people, your local schools, and you don’t have a problem with some bureaucrat in Washington that just wants to make money.” I said to myself, thank you Lord, he gets it.
Ann Marie went on to ask… “my question is about the data mining, what would you do to protect the privacy of students now that Obama has pretty much opened that up?” Again, you correctly responded, “I would close all loopholes, you have to have privacy, you have to have privacy, so I would close all loopholes. But most importantly, I would get everything out of Washington because that’s where it is all emanating from”. I said, Halleluja!! This man gets it.

As noted in this Townhall article written by Dr. Karen Effrem,
  • While FEPA itself doesn’t expressly establish a formal data system with a central repository, the bill’s mandates regarding linking and sharing data among multiple federal agencies and thousands of bureaucrats will create essentially the same result: a de facto national database.
  • The federal government is demonstrably incompetent at data security; moreover, it routinely ignores the overwhelming data it already has showing the ineffectiveness of many (most) federal programs. There is no reason to believe an even more enormous trove of data can be secured, or that it will actually change government behavior in any meaningful way.
  • Most importantly, collecting and holding massive amounts of data about an individual has an intimidating effect on the individual—even if the data is never used. This fundamentally changes the relationship between the individual and government. Citizen direction of government cannot happen when the government sits in a position of intimidation of the individual.
President Trump, I have great hope that you will stand by your words and Veto H.R. 4174.
In gratitude for your service to our great nation,
Alice Linahan
Texas MomVice President: Women On the Wall
There is a “Fundamental Transformation” occurring in education today. Some will say it is 21st Century Learning.
The truth is, there is nothing 21st Century about it. It is the same battle that has been fought in the past and pushed back by American PARENTS and Teachers!!
Why, because parents and teachers understood just how harmful this is to children, our families, and our nation.”
