Big Picture and Why the Demoralization of young people is a priority for those who have an Agenda.  Because it is the way to change America!  It was written about in 1958

It seems many have forgotten that the Preamble of our state asks for Guidance from Almighty God.  When one sees what's in the news and not just national news, that shows young people with a mindset that is so anti-God then we know we have a problem.  Please commit to pray and fast for your sisters and brothers in Christ that are in leadership position.  The upcoming week will determine whether we will bring blessings or curses to our state.  There are sins of omission and commission and it is time we look at our state and our part as citizens. 

We can remember where our blessings and help comes from and His Word will not fail us if we will heed it.  May God help us.

This is what she said then:

There is the cost of the social problems that go hand-in glove with legalized gambling. Gambling proponents don't like to talk about them, but I assure you they are there.
Consider this:
The average pathological gambler affects, directly or indirectly, eight other people, including family, friends, and co-workers. One-third of gambling addicts have been arrested, compared to only 5% of non-gamblers.  
Gambling addiction seriously affects absenteeism and job productivity. More than 20% of problem gamblers in treatment have lost a job because of their gambling.  
Gambling addicts are four times more likely to have poor menta! health and are four times more likely to attempt suicide than those without gambling problems.  
If legalizing gambling raised the percent of gamblers in our state to the national average. 15,000 additional gambling addicts would be created, at a cost of more than 200 million per year in crime, lost productivity and costs for health and human services.  
I agree with people who want to attract new jobs to their communities and who want to find new revenue sources for our state government. But you won’t find the answer in legalized gambling. It is Fool’s Gold, a lure of easy money that doesn’t deliver, unless you are the Owner of a casino or local bingo Joint.

Want a sure bet? We should focus our energies and invest our limited resources in recruiting stable, good paying jobs with established businesses, and encouraging existing companies to expand.  Solid jobs with solid companies build sold communities

What's Before the Alabama Legislature:

This week there are bills that will affect souls of families and  the sexualization of youth.  It will also clearly show what is the priority of our state and our leaders (that we voted for and what we will fund).

Gambling bill supposed to benefit education but we know full well will harm families and make way for more addicts in our state.  Plus more money is not the answer but getting rid of evil indoctrination.

HB385-should remove the Library exemption that has allowed them to keep trashy books in libraries.  Please call your Senator to make it come to the Senate floor for a vote (it already passed House Floor and Senate Committee). 
Same thing with HB167 should make porn filters be “on” cell phones to protect the young vs off.  
Call Senators at 334 261-0800. 

Food for thought:  Alabama House of Representatives kicks off National Day of Prayer with Hindu prayer.  Time for more prayers and fasting over who is involved in our Statehouse and how our state and nation are being changed.  Also, how the young people are being used.  Can we say we are off-kilter?

--Ultimately we found that the thing that needs to happen most and it needs to happen before these bills are introduced is sustained messaging that reframes this issue that takes it away from the idea that these are inappropriate for minors or sexually inappropriate for minors and promote them as diverse materials and programming that are about inclusion, fairness and protection of everybody's right to see themselves and their families reflected in the books in the public library.
