In their days, the ruling class did not want God's Word being shared and readily understood. Truths had to be interpreted and doled out for the masses...fast forward to today...are you not seeing that? Today there is a war and truth again is what at stake. Whoever thought a mask could bring down a nation...it's not really the mask but something that destroyed paradise for Adam and Eve...lies. Nothing new under the sun, in Adam and Eve's fall it was also something small-an apple. But at the center of it all was Adam and Eve forgot who to listen to and just as today we forget to listen to God. It is really simple because God gives us his counsel.
