God warns his people..time we remember that our ways are not higher than his ways.  The Founding Fathers knew that and that is why they founded the US Constitution on the Word of God and it made all the difference.  They became the shining "city on a hill" but the enemy would destroy that by moving us and our children to forget our lowly beginnings.  Out of nothing-came a great nation.  Time to remember where our help comes from.  A picture paints a thousand words.
On March 3rd,  Alabama leaders are presenting voters with a golden apple with promises
of helping our state become best.  Alas, they have been the problem all along.  The ballot wording on Amendment 1 misleads as it is not just about a name change but a change in parents right to vote for State Board of Education Members.  The promise from leaders is Amendment 1 will take away the politics but in reality it will put in total control of certain politician$$.  Read more.
Gov. Kay Ivey's promotion of getting rid of Common Core upon passing this bill SB397 last year is contrasted by the FACT that she led replacing Common Core Math while presiding over the State Board of Ed and her replacement is identical to Common Core Math (see Alabama Eagle Forum side by side comparison).
Another FACT comes from Legal Services that shows the replacement to common core as worded in the bill from which this amendment stems from, is Common Core.
Your head is probably spinning now.  That's the way they like it-- it is a spin as President Trump says it is Fake!

Just like the mantra we hear that Judge Roy Moore is un-electable and Doug Jones will beat him.  Judge Moore keeps on winning when parents and grandparents and patriots truly get it that he is the Swamp's enemy #2 beside President Trump.  His 40 years of service shows that this man will stand against evil for your family values.   There are many willing to give up family values for $$ and $50 million to them is a drop in the bucket against someone who can stop their spicket.  By now it is becoming clear.



March 3rd is about who will control our values.  When Business leaders are made to see that conservative values like pro-life is a problem for business to increase in our states then we have a huge problem.  It is called tyranny and oppression and the killing of our dreams for our families and children.  Let's unleash Judge Roy Moore and vote him in as US Senator and kill Amendment 1--Vote NO.  Together we can send a clear message that Alabama values are Not for SALE and We Dare Defend Our Rights and Our Children!

Today February 4th was the opening for new legislative session in Alabama.   The fight for the children's education is still ongoing  and we have a vote coming up in March 3rd on the ballo.  Please Vote No on the Constitutional Amendment 1.   We had a repeal bill in SB119 which passed in the Alabama Senate but unfortunately Terri Collins of House Education Committee --again thwarts the Common Core Repeal.  She would not let it go through as she wanted SB397. 

All it does is it removes parents ability to elect or unelect the  Board of Education and replace it with a "commission" led by Governor Ivey.  Gov Ivey  has led the State Board of Education of Alabama and she has not moved to get rid of Common Core as president.  Parents have had a Stop Common Core Bill almost every year but the legislature kept denying parents that victory and now their solution is to remove the parents right to vote to elect the State Board of Education member of their choice (just when most Alabamians are informed and hates common core enough to un-elect the pro-common core board members).

Also, the Constitutional Amendment wording that most do not know is-- it would replace common core with standards that have "nationwide consistency" that ensures seamless transfer of students.  But that is the very definition of the Common Core standards you can find on the Common Core website and is confirmed by the above yellowed section of clarification from Legal Services.  So it begs the question--did legislators leadership fully know this and did they mislead many of the legislators in the House and in the Senate who was listening to the parents that want to get rid of Common Core?

We Must Vote NO on this Constitutional Amendment on March 3rd.   We need to have the right Repeal Bill to replace Common Core with Alabama Traditional Standards.

Alabamians please start calling now and don't stop until they pass the right bill.  Governor Ivey's number is 334 242-7100.   Tell her you do not want Amendment 1 and you want a good repeal bill this session that will not take away your right to vote for State Board of Ed members and go back to fact based traditional academic standards that sent men to the moon.  Parents please Fight the war on Parental Rights Vote NO on Constitutional Amendment 1 March 3rd.  Share this everywhere on fb and with your friends and family.
